Cancellation and Payment Policy

Credit cards are not charged in advance ( unless reservation is during Passover, New Year or Succot holidays, when a 25% deposit is charged. 

Cancellation Policy:

*If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (except for Holidays and Summer).

*If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50% of the first night will be charged.

*If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

*Cancellation during stay or / shortening the reservation: 1 night will be charged.

Summer and Holidays:

*If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

*If cancelled within 7-14 days before date, the first night will be charged.

*If cancelled later or in case of no-show, either 50% of the reservation amount or the first 3 nights will be charged – whichever is highest.
